Automatic Registration page is missing Chip Restrictions, Gruen, Algorithm Tolerances, Creating a Fit Chip, Distance Tolerance, Window Size, Advanced Features and Parameter's reference table.

Since the Pattern Matching page is referenced regularly. I thought it made more sense to create a separate page that is identical to what was originally on the isis docs page.
