* assign "mfsetup" model_type to model classes so they don't get confused with flopy model classes when Flopy and Modflow-setup are imported in the same session * setup_sfr(): pass idomain/ibound to assign_layers so that layers get assigned correctly (otherwise many reaches with no gwf cell connection can result; added a warning to catch this). This issue mostly applied to models with extensive inactive cells in their top or upper layers.
