Adds functionality for define enrichment topics via the Semantic Digital Archive Service. This feature allows operators of the DURAARK system to define and maintain information topics which are relevant to their use cases or daily work. The enrichment topics will then be available in the WorkbenchUI for end-user stakeholders.
