What does this PR do? What is the motivation?
re do PR 26032 as the screenshot URL went lost. The image is still store in the documentation so no need to change it.
Fix screenshot:
The previous screenshot shows a screen where "Include application-level tracer information:" is disabled and "
Enable debug mode" enabled => this selection will generate a DEBUG Datadog agent flare.
But this whole page is about tracer troubleshooting: for this, we need a tracer flare: "Include application-level tracer information:" needs to be enable as well.
