The LDM Output (for Analysis / MiPr) contains the chemical info of the library.
The chemical information of the library should be in a 2nd file. 1 unique identifier should be added to combine the data and library info after the analysis. The combination of the information will be done with the analysis script by Michael. The unique identifier can be a string of the compound name.
