Procgen Arcana

Adds a JSON importer for Procgen Arcana Village Generator data files that creates a 3D scene from the information provided.

Usage

Install the addon to /addons/procgen_arcana
Enable the addon
Export a JSOn file from https://watabou.github.io/village.html
Set the Import As value to Proecgen Arcana for the JSON file and Reimport
Tab out and back in to Godot and a new scene would appear beside the JSON file.
