Original ST specific experiments
This release fixes the initial ST experiments in time.
This is the work done by Zach Lamb, and Jake Nations.
All of the control ideas are captured in future releases, but the structure
of the code has been refactored to lend itself to integrating with new vehicles,
sensors, and controllers.
