make distinct styles for the x and y axis so that they can be modified separately from the style sheet.

I need to review this in a bit more detail. One thing — we have a helper for measureText because this is not supported everywhere. Also, for the DOM case, styles may be modified like so: http://jsfiddle.net/cesutherland/QhVdx/ |

Make it possible to change the font size of the axis labels. Also make distinct styles for the x and y axis so that they can be modified separately from the style sheet.
