Generalize the automation manager and remove ansible as the default value

Followup work from #22971

• Ensure we have proper naming for the automation manager above embedded terraform/ansible:
  
• Rename description: Everything under Ansible
• Make EmbeddedAutomationManager catalog_types generic, currently has "Ansible Playbook" Remove generic_ansible_playbook catalog_type from embedded automation manager #22999
• Update menu items to be generic automation manager or create entries for each type (ansible/terraform):
  
• Update routes: http://localhost:3000/ansible_repository/show_list#/ http://localhost:3000/ansible_credential/show_list#/
• Update breadcrumbs and title for repositories and credentials

I think all of these issues have been resolved.
