ARM VM Fleet v0.4.5, improvements for main script parameter validation, added write-progress to output to show overall script progress during the initialise and for each VM creation process.

General improvements to automation, including uploading of all PerfMon BLG files and DiskSpd XML files to a single storage account, with individual containers per VM. Improvements to logging and Readme instructions.
