- You can now check which/count how many melodies you've obtained on the Status menu
- The Sky Runner has been completely overhauled. You no longer require Jeff to operate it, and it will take you to the Andonuts Lab in south Winters instead of Summers. Summers can now be reached only via teleport. If you arrive at Winters with the Sky Runner, and then teleport away, Bubble Monkey at the lake will take you back to the south side.
- The "mist" Jeff-only items in Extended PSI Shuffle have been renamed to "-alizer"s (e.g. Defensalizer)
- The expanded 69-slot storage now properly saves to your file instead of having one storage for all three files
- The credits now displays your player name as the player (This only applies to the player name shown in the credits. The prayer to defeat Giygas will still be a random player in the multiworld)
- a broken Neutralizer renamed to Broken Board instead of Broken Motherboard
- Hints! You can now buy in-game hints for money at the Hint Shop. Each unique hint shop will give you one hint, at Onett, Twoson, Threed, Fourside, Summers, and Scaraba. The price of a hint starts at $100 and doubles with each hint you buy. If the hint is for a location in your game, you can spend $500 extra to send that hint to the server.
- You can no longer store items with Tracy. Instead, she tells you about your R button storage menu.

- Beating the guardian of Lumine Hall will now automatically unlock the teleport to Lost Underworld. This prevents you from being unable to reach the Underworld if Lumine Hall is your only way to access it, and the sanctuary would trigger the credits due to sanctuary requirements and settings.
- Heavily Armed Pokey no longer uses PSI Fire
- Captain Strong will no longer stay at the bottom of the Police Department after defeating him
- Master Barf's defeat text for Poo and the Star Master now shows them using the correct level of Starstorm
- The Phase Distorter 3 transition to the Cave of the Past has been significantly sped up
- Turning in the Police Badge in Twoson now sets all of the NPCs in the police station correctly
- The "Ness's Nightmare" event location name changed to "Magicant - Ness's Nightmare" to be consistent across settings

Shuffles learned PSI. Poo's Progressive Poo PSI is the Gamma/Omega level of that slot, Ness's 'Favorite Thing' slot still uses favorite thing as the name, Ness's favorite thing is renamed to PSI Wave in other slots. PSI Starstorm in other slots will use Delta/Lambda/Alpha/Omega for its levels, Shields are shuffled amongst Ness/Poo and Paula, PSI category does not change and Recovery PSI is not affected.None

Deathlink Mode
: Controls how receiving a Deathlink behaves while in battle.Instant
: The player is instantly defeated.Mortal
: The player takes mortal damage. The player will be unable to heal or revive characters while HP is scrolling down. The

Presents Match Contents
: Changes all present-type items (outside of lost underworld) to have an appearance correlating to the item they contain. Trashcan for filler, Present for useful, and chest for Progression. Other players' items will be represented by an Archipelago box.Remote Items
: Changes local items to be remote, allowing for same-slot co-op and saving your own found items if data is lost. Requires server connection to play.Randomize Battle Backgrounds

Randomize Franklin Badge Protection
: Randomizes which attack elements get reflected by the Franklin Badge. Elements are Fire, Freeze, Thunder (normal), Flash, Starstorm, Rockin/Special, and Explosions. The badge's in-game name will change to reflect the chosen element, and you can check it in the item's help text. The item's story function (blocking lightning from carpainter) and the name in the Multiworld are left alone.Autoscale Party Members
: If enabled, joining party members will be scaled to start at the level of the sphere they were received in, with some small variance. If disabled, all party members will join at their original level.Magicant Mode

- Fixed a very rare bug where getting into a battle immediately after finding an AP item would cause items used in the battle to have the AP item's name
- Fixed automatic character scaling occasionally being weird, also fixes a crash that could occur in some instances of the character being placed in sphere 1 or possibly the starting inventory

Dungeon Man - 1F Exit Ledge Present
being missable if the player used the submarine without opening the present. Now, if the check is missed, you will be able to retrieve it by speaking with Dungeon Man on the top floor. - Fixed being able to receieve items during cutscenes. This fixes characters or teleports being deleted if they were received while a character join sequence was playing.
- Fixed a bug where starting the Trial of Mu would unlock the Scaraba teleport
- Fixed a softlock that would occur if the player opened a locker containing their own item if their inventory was full
- Fixed Runaway Dog not being assigned to Twoson for enemy scaling
- Fixed Pokey appearing outside the Happy-Happy cabin after rescuing the prisoner even if he was already fought before (He will still appear if he was not fought before rescuing the prisoner.)

- The Monkey's Love and Brain Stone, unique items that cannot be thrown away, can no longer be generated as filler
- Added new text choices for Lumine Hall
- Characters are now scaled up to the level of the sphere they were found in
- Items can now be deleted from storage, the 'delete' option in the R menu has been expanded to a choice between inventory and storage deletion
- New flavors added (Blueblue, Deeppurple, Rivalry, Sugar, Faith, Wisdom)
- You are now required to have the Police Badge to travel from Twoson to Onett. There is a policeman at the entrance of Twoson you can turn it in to. Turning in the Police Badge this way clears all Onett roadblocks, and skips the Captain Strong fight.
- Big Bottle Rockets and Earth Pendant now considered Uncommon instead of Rare
- The [Bad Key Machine, Key to the Tower, Hieroglyph Copy, and Eraser Eraser] now get removed after unlocking their respective lock
- Storage has been expanded to 69 item slots instead of 36
- You can now hold Y to scroll through text automatically
- Patched the "OSS Death/Shattered Man Glitch" vanilla bug that could sometimes cause softlocks

- Fixed a bug where sometimes the game would crash or otherwise break horribly when checking the robot transformation cutscene for Poo
