Although initially written by Conan with asciidoctor, not only does the current version of the package not host the manpage (packaged on Procursus), but the manpage itself is not generated in man format, rendering it useless.
Adding an mdoc(7) styled manpage solves those issues, and should prevent any issues regarding the package after a new release.
