Project Super Resolutional GAN bot

I take this NN for this task and use dataset from kaggle for training.

Discriptor and model for VGGLoss is EfficientNetV2-S pretrained on ImageNet from torchvision.

Start

python main.py

After start you must input telegram API token for bot

Weight to model to optimizer on 20 epoch.
