Migrate to homebrew-core for Linux

Fixes Homebrew#566

Update formulae.brew.sh to support Linux formulae from homebrew-core and separate macOS/Linux dependencies and caveats.

* **index.html**
  - Update the description to include Linux support.

* **_layouts/formula.html**
  - Add separate tables for macOS and Linux dependencies.
  - Add a column indicating the OS-specific differences in dependencies.
  - Add separate sections for macOS and Linux caveats.

* **_layouts/formula_json.json**
  - Update the JSON structure to include separate macOS and Linux dependencies.
  - Update the JSON structure to include separate macOS and Linux caveats.
