Game Start

• I am envisioning we start on the space ship, lots of crew around, you are... a ? I dunno, head of security? A cook? Maybe dependent on your "background"?
  • Perhaps at the start, we out of whatever it is we are running out of, and the orders for approaching the planet are announced.
  • Maybe it's just get to your escape pod within X turns. So the action starts immediately (albeit only walking to the appropriate spot on the map). You need to run (or at least find) your assigned escape pod, obviously it should easily be attainable, even if you explore (though the map(s) should start explored).
  • Next the journey in the pod... This could be a graphic (similar to graphical lore), or video (!), or just text. (Don't think we'll be doing anything in the pod?)
  • Crash land.
  • Get objectives (get to the colonist base?) etc. game starts.
