updated downloadlistener to use InAppBrowser 3.2.0
Version 3.3.0 is now updated to use inAppBrowser 5.0.0. This plugin is needed for the Cordova Android platform to open document links to pdfs etc. The inAppBrowser must stay up-to-date in order for the iOS platform to work correctly.
There is also a modification under the Android platform to offer the camera when taking a photo.
