I want to provide a link to the updated page showing people how to create their own corrections. I'm not satisfied with this current look, though (e.g., https://preview.aclanthology.org/teach-a-man-to-fish/J19-2001/).

Wording "how to correct metadata" would be enough, you only want to connect if there is a problem and"how to correct" also implies that you do it yourself.

Placement on the top of the page might be a bit too prominent?

I don't like the placement or the wording. My hope is that it will be prominent enough that more people in our (computer science!) community will be able to discover how to fix their own data. So I do think it needs to be somewhat prominently displayed, I'm just not sure where.

Even better would be for this to link to a form that would let you manipulate the metadata fields (as HTML fields, draggable/deletable/addable author fields) and commit a PR. This has to be possible!
