Add tag for latest nonroot variant #411

While working on #409 I noticed that currently there is no tag pointing to the latest nonroot-variant which means one needs to put a specific version in the docker-composer.yml when using it.

No idea how/if this can be done and how hard it would be but it would indeed be a nice thing to have.

I agree - a "latest" tag for the latest nonroot image would be helpful.
Examples:

  • ghcr.io/almarklein/timetagger:nonroot
  • ghcr.io/almarklein/timetagger:latest-nonroot
  • ghcr.io/almarklein/timetagger:nonroot-latest

Also, having tags based on major versions would be perfect. Such as v23 and v23-nonroot.
