This reverts commit f973763.

Unfortunately this breaks the CLI with an error in the console. Going to revert for now to unblock the latest release:

@andrewiggins To solve the problem with CORS when load local files, need to raise the local server. Is it OK to raise a local server?

I just ran python3 -m http.server in the output folder and everything seems to work fine when I open localhost:8000. You can specify port as well in case 8000 is already taken. Would be nice for this to be merged or for --open to spawn a server instead of opening a file system.

Until I have time to look at this again, consider checking out Deopt Explorer from the TypeScript team
