SUMMARY

There was a leftover direct usage of Ant Design Input which was overlooked on Input migration PR #30730

No visual changes and ci should pass

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Includes DB Migration (follow approval process in SIP-59)
    • Migration is atomic, supports rollback & is backwards-compatible
    • Confirm DB migration upgrade and downgrade tested
    • Runtime estimates and downtime expectations provided

  • Removes existing feature or API
