An implementation of priority queue in javascript.

Binary heap is a simple and efficient in almost cases.

- with sequence completely sorted

If your tsconfig specifies moduleResolution: "node"
(whether implicitly or explicitly), use priorityqueue/lib/BinaryHeap
instead of priorityqueue/BinaryHeap
.
