hello
thank you for your perfect data collection.
I want to use your data for a machine-learning algorithm.
is it possible for you to help me understand the dataset structure?
which file is complete data?
I need microbiome data completely.
thank you

Hi!
You can see a description of how the data is organized here: https://github.com/borenstein-lab/microbiome-metabolome-curated-data/wiki/Data-overview#data-organization.
If by "complete data" you mean the entire microbiome composition of each sample, than the file you probably need is the one called "genera.tsv" (for genus-level profiles) or "species.tsv" (for species-level profiles), within each dataset folder. In these files, rows represent samples and columns represent genera/species.
I hope this helps,
Efrat
