Build and test:
    $ parrot setup.pir clean
    $ parrot setup.pir
    $ parrot setup.pir test

Show help:
 $ parrot setup.pir help

Generate a file for Plumage:
 $ mkdir plumage
 $ parrot setup.pir plumage > plumage/unlambda.json
