I've left a few comments, but overall really like this workflow!
You could add a reference to the Ubuntu Bug Triaging guide. It is a bit Launchpad-centric but still a good reference for general bug triaging processes. |

Approval on behalf of jibel who looked at the issue flow itself :)
Added an issue flowchart that documents the general recommended flow for triaging and resolving new issues. It's worth noting this is just a guide, and some actions may have different orders in practice depending on the issue.
