cfi-notebook/page-map-helper

A time saver for building reference maps for 1-1 style chapters where we know the page on which each chapter starts and need a reference to each page.

Usage

// build.js
var pageMapHelper = require('@cfi-notebook/page-map-helper');

var chapters = [1, 2, 3]; // chapters
var startPages = [5, 20, 32, 42]; // start page for each chapter, plus the last page of the last chapter plus one

console.log(pageMapHelper(chapters, startPages));

This demo prints output that you then copy and paste into your content file.
