Create initial version of Risks and Illicit Activities slides.
Added: 3 figures, 4 images, 1 reference
No config changes

Some minor changes after initial review
Added initial figure for transaction malleability attack. Added new slides for Botnet Mining and Regulation.
Added Bitcoin Transaction Malleability and MtGox
-Removed tikzpictures from slides
-Added google_playstore image

@dariothuerkauf , I added a few comments which you should check out. Great slide deck which summarizes the risks and potential criminal activities of Bitcoin without neglecting the technical challenges of quantifying these activities or the public nature of the ledger.
