Import downstream changes from index-prototype

Description

• Pulls in localized fixes, encountered downstream from:
  • update vocabulary to newest upstream index-prototype#70
  • removes default-page class from contexts:
    • archive-page
    • person-page
    • search-index
    • team-index
  • adds missing closing ul to blog-index context's featured posts section
  • incorporates a fix for image overflow in img children of figure elements within various contexts.
