Can't bring up the "Visual Debugger" pane #4

Though I've added the the 'vebugger-templates-addon' project to another Java project in eclipse and I'm running the 'vebugger-eclipse-plugin' in the background, I still can't seem to be able to bring up the "Visual Debugger" pane on my end. I'm not sure how to proceed further with debugging this.

This is where the Show Details As option is, if that works for you I can add this screenshot to the README:
