Updates to Scheduler, Workflow API, Actor Reminder, and Jobs API docs. Rm workflow component info since actors is the only backend for workflows now. Also updated the actor reminder page link in
daprdocs/content/en/developing-applications/building-blocks/workflow/workflow-architecture.mdsince it wasn't properly linked
