Ultra Clear (UCR) 3.0.0.0 Mandatory update

In the context of harmonization from all DECENOMY coins and the small problems which UCR has at the moment, we will release the new update 3.0.0.0.

As the version number already indicates, this is an essential and mandatory update. With this update, we are introducing our Decenomy Standard Wallet based on PIVX 4.3 with several improvements introduced by us.

The update must be carried out before block 874.500 (around 16.03.21), as the old nodes will then be disconnected.
