Reverts commit 58faf0f

The /usr/sbin paths are used by the upstream MySQL and MariaDB packages.

The paths used by Fedora and RHEL are the /usr/libexec path which already has a selinux fcontext.

In an effort not to get these reverted, a comment is added.

I cannot currently find any ndb or mysqlmanager package so I've left these as is.

I'm not sure it is useful for the futue Fedora releases:
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/Unify_bin_and_sbin

But it may be useful for RHEL and also just for the fact of having this information included in the git repo.

Right.

But still relevant to 40 and 41 currently?

But it may be useful for RHEL and also just for the fact of having this information included in the git repo.

That would be most useful.
