This service is still used by O#: https://github.com/OmniSharp/omnisharp-roslyn/blob/ed467d0ad2d877b837380a849f856dcd210d69f7/src/OmniSharp.Roslyn/WorkspaceServices/OmniSharpSymbolRenamedCodeActionOperationFactoryWorkspaceService.cs#L10. Did we break O#?

ISymbolRenamedCodeActionOperationFactoryWorkspaceServiceis a service used in VS to notify the rename operation of a symbol.However, it's not required in O#. #68095 remove the usage of
GetRequiredServiceSo this service could be deleted. (Actually O# right now would rename a symbol twice)
(Note: this would need dual changes from O#)
