What does this PR do?
Adds integration with Reapsaw tool. On commit to the develop branch Reapsaw will start the scan in Checkmarx SAST tool and create tickets in Jira in case of some findings.
How should this be manually tested?
This Action was already tested and should work with this repo just fine. It can be tested after merge by manually triggering it at the Actions tab.
