Addresses #397.

This PR adds an alias function that works just like the existing dialect specific ones, but it can be used with any dialect.

// These dialect specific ones are now deprecated
import { alias } from 'drizzle-orm/mysql-core';
import { alias } from 'drizzle-orm/pg-core';
import { alias } from 'drizzle-orm/sqlite-core';

// This one function does the same as all the dialect specific ones
import { alias } from 'drizzle-orm';

As stated in the comment, the dialect specific alias functions have been marked as deprecated.
