This PR updates the subscribe window, including using "https" for the URL placeholder and removing the unused sort button.
It's a partial fix for #13. Future versions will add support to follow HTTPS redirections on podcast subscribe.
This should be the last PR before the v2 release if no bugs are spotted, and a beta 2 can be cut out once all these PRs are merged.
