This updates this wrapper to react 16 along with the rc-upload version to 2.4.4. This will allow this package to be used in projects that use react 16.

Thanks a lot for the wrapper, @edgji! I tried to use it on my project but I found it incompatible with React 16 since they moved
PropTypesto its own package.This upgrades the wrapper so it is compatible with React 16 along with bumping
rc-uploadto 2.4.4. This will allow this package to be used in projects that use React 16.Do you think we can have this merged and published as new package version?
