feat(serialization): Add support for serializing std::bitset

Description

• Update alpaca submodule to have support for serializing std::bitset
• Update serialization example to show how to use and serialize std::bitset

Motivation and Context

Bitset is nice, and alpaca doesn't support struct bitfields, so this is the next best option.

How has this been tested?

Building and running the serialization example.
