We didn't want to use his Github profile photo, since it would have been the only one that used an illustrated style rather than a normal photograph, so we've included his avatar directly into the repo.

IMPORTANT: Still need to verify @archilex's official title with @danharrin before we merge this in. @saade, I'll make the change and do the final merge once I hear back on that, assuming the rest of the code looks good.
One other note, I decided that we should use a photo of @archilex that matched the style of the other ones instead of his illustrated avatar, so that's why I've uploaded a random image into the repository.
