Unable to attach multiple .dae files when uploading a world to app.gazebosim.org

When attempting to re-upload an existing world file to app.gazebosim.org, multiple .dae files fail to attach properly and I receive following error:
Error #3004: Missing field in the multipart form.

However, if the number of .dae files is reduced to one, upload is successful.

I'm not sure whether this is a bug, but I wanted to open this issue since uploading a world should ideally support multiple .dae files.
