Added new web perf metrics (Largest Contentful Paint and Cumulative Layout Shift) to Chrome User Experience Report connector.
Those metrics seems to be defined in BigQuery, so I just added them as new scheme.
This PR did not change Data Studio template, but you can see the chart at my personal report.
