This fixes two issues with the dashboard and adds a new panel: Query wall time

  1. Some parsing errors in the logs table showed as columns. This PR prevents the parsing errors

  1. query_wall_time_seconds was hidden from the table
  2. Adds three panels for query wall time

mixin-serve

This also adds the ability to set up a Loki datasource for the local dashboards in make mixin-serve
