Places where fixed applied:
pmc_oa
Fixed the pmc_oa processor for updating the database.
The new update() logic: Find all pmcid's that are not in the database and then get the corresponding archive set. Pass the archive set to the upload_archives(). The old update logic confused "archives" and "articles" and the update logic was wrong.
Docker files
Some modifications were made to make the code robust and updated.
