add SPEEDYBEEF405AIO target (betaflight#571)

* add SPEEDYBEEF405AIO target

* remove unnecessary define and put all motors to TIM2

* rm USE_I2C_DEVICE_1 define and change M3,M4 timer

* add MAG,BARO i2c instance and remove redundant define
