This PR adds language support for vimscript. It adds a language called
vim, and uses thevimgrammar listed on thenvim-treesitterrepository. The queries are taken from the grammar repo, with the highlight captures renamed to their Helix equivalents. Files called.vimrcand filetypes*.vimare recognized asvimfiles according to this config.
