Release of v0.1.0

Overview

This is the first of many STIX ground software releases. It provides basic data reading, processing and plotting capabilities. Please check the demos for instructions. You find the latest L1A data on the STIX Datacenter Platform and the science data files in the STIX Data Archive.

This release is the result of our STIX co-location at FHNW in March 2022. The timing was great -> see the X-class flare below:
