Hello @keithc-ca, I noticed this open issue, and I think it would be productive to close it.
If you are keeping it as a source of documentation, I have documented it in
CONTRIBUTING.md.Let me know if you would like it to be documented elsewhere, or if it is not necessary at all. If so, we can consider #805 also closed.
