Change image output location

Description:

This PR changes the image output location to Documents/AI-Playground/media.
It also contains some smaller fixes and adjustments for the upcoming release.

Changes Made:

• change image output location from %LOCALAPPDATA%\Programs\AI Playground\resources\service\static\sd_out to %USERPROFILE%\Documents\AI-Playground\media
• add warning to AIPG installer to backup old images and workflow mode resources before uninstallation
• add metrics to OpenVINO backend
• disable max_token setting for Llama.cpp
• use AUTO device selection for OpenVINO
