FIX: Shortcuts not responding #894

OnGlobalkey was intercepting the shortcuts defined for save and quit and hence they were not working. Added exception to skip these keys.

This fixes issue #893
The shortcuts for Save, Save As, and Exit were not working as they were being intercepted by the wrong handler.
To fix this:
OnGlobalKeyfunction.The shortcuts are now being properly being handled by
