index.html and index.txt are autogenerated, do not touch them.

If you want to change the appearance of the page you can modify the following files

• header.html
• footer.html
• style.css

To change the appearance of the javadoc you can modify

• inject.css

When you are done, regenerate the pages with

 ./make.sh
