[host-client] Hardcode windows to use interface 0 for now #64

As we are using the WinUSB driver, we cannot enumerate interfaces. This reverts the behavior on windows to going back to the 0th interface as a hardcoded value. This will be reverted when I figure out how to fix this, but this unblocks usage on Windows.
